For over four decades we at Karto have been caring about interpersonal communication. Our experience as well as designing capacity makes us the leading designer and manufacturer of greeting cards in Finland.

Designing means orientation towards innovative ideas and international trends, without forgetting tradition. We always remember who we are, and where we are from. Our core competence is in the design, since we know our market. The many years experience we have in the greeting card business has helped us to succeed with associated product ranges as well.

In order to meet our customers expectations and needs we offer a wide range of other products including gift wrap and bags, co-ordinated accessories and stickers. From year 2006 we have proudly carried the brands, Ideal Home Range (IHR) and Earth Friendly in Finland.

The Karto group consists of Karto Oy, Putinki Oy and Karto-Eesti Ou in Estland; with Minela säätiö as a parent. The group also has partnership with Suomen Pokkaritukku Oy, Puse Plus in Latvia and Puse Plus Kaunas Lithuania.

We at Karto Group currently employ over 150 persons and the turnover for the group as a total is 22 milj. Eur (2008).
